Deliveries and returns

Delivery times

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. Standard delivery is by Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. For express delivery, you can choose Chronopost. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.

For Chronopost shipment, orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be delivered the next day before 1pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following day (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday before 1pm.

Please note that orders placed by cheque will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Delivery charges

Colissimo domicile without signature (delivery between 2 and 4 working days) and Chronopost Relais 24h: 7€, free for orders over 99€.

Colissimo point relais or post office (delivery between 2 and 4 working days): €4, free for purchases over €99

Chronopost domicile 24h: €9, free on orders over €199

Returns

We are committed to providing you with complete satisfaction for all our products. In accordance with the legislation governing mail-order sales in force for online sales, you may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the price of the item concerned.

Shilton offers one return per order. To make a return, go to "My Account -> Order History" and follow the instructions.
