To make a return, go to "My Account -> Order History" and follow the instructions. Shilton offers one return per order.

If you are not satisfied with your online order, you can return the items within 30 days of receiving your order. Online orders can only be returned to l-e-shop and not to other stores.

All merchandise will be inspected upon return. Items must be returned in good condition with tags attached. Any item in poor condition will be returned to you. We will send you an email as soon as we receive your package. Refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase within 3 working days of receipt of the return package.
